Pricing & service models

Know what your budget buys.

Start with visible planning rates and the work behind them. Choose your service mix and bring a useful starting budget to the first conversation.

The challenge

A monthly price is only part of the decision.

Support hours, assets, licensing and response responsibilities change what a quote buys. Make those assumptions visible so you can choose a service around the work the business needs done.

  • Agreed patching workflow
  • Account lifecycle coordination
  • Monthly operating review

Your internal IT team retains first-line support and the responsibilities listed in the service schedule.

24/7 human triage, SOC response and regulated-data delivery are separately scoped and priced with verified staffing, supplier and access commitments.

A service sized around the work.

Combine a setup or improvement project with the ongoing support you need. Choose the units that match the service.

Cloud & Hosting

Per application or environment / month

Start with a setup, migration or improvement project. Ongoing management is scoped by the applications or environments we maintain, the work included and the support hours you need. Cloud usage, storage and software costs are identified in the proposal.

Connectivity & Mobility

Per site, connection or managed device / month

Design, installation and enrollment are scoped as a project. Ongoing management follows the sites, connections or devices we support. Equipment, carrier plans and management licenses are identified alongside the L8DT service work.

Identity & PKI

Keep certificates working. Plan trust changes.

Review, design and migrations are defined projects. PKI as a Service covers an agreed PKI service or environment each month.

Start post-quantum work with an inventory and a practical priority plan, then pilot changes the actual products can support. We agree access, key ownership, renewals, recovery and support coverage before delivery.

Compare the work behind the monthly price.

Choose the responsibilities and operating work your business needs. Use these starting references to open the discussion, then compare the actual support, coverage, licensing and handoff in each proposal.

A clear route to help

Know who handles support, maintenance and account changes, how to escalate and which decisions still need your team.

Progress you can see

Review completed work, open issues and the next priorities. Selected security and recovery services add checks of the agreed safeguards and restore workflow.

Tools that fit the work

Use maintainable open-source components where they meet the requirement, and commercial products where their capabilities or support are needed. Include hosting, engineering and ongoing operation in the decision.

25-user starting prices and the L8DT delivery approach
Published provider planProvider starting priceL8DT starting priceWhat to evaluate in your L8DT scope
CRC Cloud — Core IT$3,125$3,875Defined support and maintenance ownership, user lifecycle workflows and a monthly operating review.
ETTE — Remote-Only$3,125$3,875Workplace and tenant administration tied to an agreed operating scope and recurring review.
ETTE — Fully Managed$3,750$3,875Documented responsibilities, maintained workplace systems and clear next actions.

L8DT examples use Managed IT at $3,875/month or Managed IT with security at $5,125/month. Product licensing, setup, additional assets and selected coverage are separate. The L8DT column describes our delivery approach and does not establish that another provider omits the work. Confirm each complete proposal against the scope checklist below.

For two actual quotes only

Use the checklist below to compare what each quote includes, then enter the full monthly price and any setup charges.

Choose a starting-price reference or enter two scoped proposals. The calculation stays in your browser.

Before calling two quotes comparable

  • Same covered users, workstations, tenants, servers, sites and supported products
  • Same support hours, time zone, on-site geography, response targets and human triage/response
  • Same included licenses, security, backup, storage, retention and recovery obligations
  • Same setup/discovery, projects, taxes, travel, term, renewal and exit/export conditions
  • Same data/personnel/provider eligibility and customer-retained responsibilities

Contractual escalation and resolution commitments, currency, billing basis and exclusions must also match. Actual-quote mode uses your entered totals; it does not verify a quote, predict a measured return or create a binding offer.

Put the budget into a maintainable solution

Avoid unnecessary license and integration spend where a maintainable open-source component fits. Compare the complete operating cost—hosting, support, patching, recovery and operator effort—alongside the capabilities the business needs.

Specialist service models

25-user controlled-data program

A planning example combines 25 users of managed IT with security ($5,125/month) and a governance retainer ($2,500/month): $7,625/month before the eligible platform, restricted coverage, licensing and remediation. Program setup starts from a scoped $15,000 planning allowance. This is a partial budget, not a compliance package or complete quote.

Resonance campus monitoring

Monthly planning example: a $1,500 campus base, plus $12 for each monitored device and $18 for each agreed service check. At 100 devices and 20 checks, this totals $3,060 per month. Staffed coverage and remediation are scoped separately. Your proposal follows the actual campus size, tools and requirements.

24/7 follow-the-sun operations

Agree what runs automatically, when people review alerts and what they can do in response. Pricing depends on shared or dedicated staff and any restrictions on who can work or where. Coverage begins after staffing and shift handovers have been checked.

Assessment and project starting points

Phantom readiness assessment

$2,250 up to 25 users; $3,500 up to 50; $5,500 up to 100. One agreed tenant/site, configuration and evidence review, prioritized report and leadership readout. Active testing requires separate written scope.

Identity and MFA

Projects from $3,500: discovery, policy, pilot, rollback and documented handoff.

Network segmentation

Projects from $5,000: scoped discovery, design and controlled change. Hardware and cabling separate.

Recovery readiness

Exercises from $1,750 for one agreed workload and recovery workflow.

PKI architecture

Design/lifecycle reviews from $6,500. Deployment and commissioning quoted separately.

USD planning rates, subject to discovery and owner-approved proposal. Hourly project work: $175/hour where selected. Product/storage charges, taxes, travel and work beyond the agreed scope are additional.

The intended result

A starting budget with a clear next step.

Keep the priced lines, assumptions and separately quoted work together. Bring that planning brief into discovery so the proposal can reflect your actual users, systems, obligations and coverage.

Turn the planning estimate into a scoped proposal.

Bring the covered users and assets, licensing, data obligations and desired coverage. Discovery will reconcile the assumptions with your environment.
