Website terms

Information, estimates and external references.

The challenge

An estimate should lead to an explicit agreement.

Website descriptions and planning rates provide a starting point. Actual supported assets, coverage, authority and acceptance need to be agreed for the customer environment.

Service information and estimates

Website information describes proposed service offers. Prices are planning rates in USD, subject to actual scope and a written proposal. Product licenses, taxes, onboarding, projects and selected coverage are additional where specified. No service engagement begins through an informational estimate.

Technical and framework information

Examples explain a delivery method and its limitations. Framework implementation experience does not represent a certification, formal assessment result, authorization or guarantee. The actual contract, selected framework revision and accepting authority govern an engagement.

Agreed engagements

A signed agreement and service schedule establish the legal parties, supported assets, coverage, access authority, fees, responsibilities and acceptance. Legal, tax and export decisions belong with the authorized owner and qualified advisers. External references remain the responsibility of their publishers.

The intended result

Know which document establishes the commitment.

A signed agreement and service schedule define the engagement. These website terms explain the limits of informational prices, examples and framework references.

Discuss the scope before making a commitment.

Bring the estimate or service page that fits your need, then reconcile it with your actual environment.
