The challenge
A business inquiry should use only the information it needs.
Names, work contact details and a broad service need help route a conversation. Credentials, incident evidence and controlled records require an agreed secure channel with an appropriate boundary.
Business inquiries by email
This review website has no inquiry form, uploads or intake database. Email links open your email application. Include only general business information in an initial email; arrange a secure channel before sharing credentials, incident evidence or controlled data.
How the information is used
If you choose to email our Service Champions, the information you send is used to respond and discuss a possible engagement. Your email service and the receiving email service process that message. Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract or connect an accounting account.
No inquiry receiver is enabled on this hosted review. A future website intake service requires its own delivery, access and retention validation and an updated privacy notice.
Browser storage and requests
The website does not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The motion preference can be saved in your browser’s local storage. The estimate calculates in your browser. Its general service choices and counts appear in the page URL when carried to the contact page; ordinary hosting requests may include those URL parameters. It does not collect a name, email, completed inventory or sensitive records. Copy and email actions prepare a brief; they do not send it automatically. The hosting service may process ordinary request metadata needed to operate and protect the site. A future analytics or marketing change requires an updated disclosure and any applicable consent.

Before contractual service intake begins, the legal operator, applicable providers and retention schedule will be identified in the engagement documentation.
